• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• The minimum age to open an account on DHK8 is 18. If proof of age is requested, you will be required to submit the appropriate documentation.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly private. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

DHK8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally processed instantly and credited to your account right away.

• The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT. The maximum limit depends on the payment method used.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• DHK8 is not obligated to process deposits made with incorrect information. Please contact our support team if this occurs.
• DHK8 does not charge any additional deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the required wagering threshold before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount. The exact requirement will be specified in each individual offer.
• Any attempt at bonus fraud or abuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Once a bet is accepted on DHK8, it is considered final. DHK8 ensures that all odds are fair and set in accordance with international standards.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake is returned.
• DHK8 reserves the right to void any bet placed to take advantage of an obviously incorrect odds.
• Any involvement in match-fixing or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already accepted will remain valid.
